Assist Development Management Division in the day to day operations as it relates to general administrative duties including , but not limited to word processing, data entry, filing, and related office functions in support of project management activities with minimal supervision as well as project management of projects working with other team members. Duties include preparation of contracts and change orders, invoices, and tracking spreadsheets for various projects. The assignment of special projects may involve more complex tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power Point, communication skills ability to juggle multiple tasks, detail oriented, industry software a plus. Experience with design and construction language and processes and basic bookkeeping preferred.
