Seeking a bright and energetic licensed attorney. No prior legal experience required. This is a unique opportunity to gain significant courtroom experience as part of a collegial, tech-savvy, boutique law firm. The Project Attorney will represent property owners and landlords in proceedings to legally remove non-compliant tenants and will make numerous appearances in courts within and surrounding the Kansas City metro. The Project Attorney will be trained and mentored by Partners who are seasoned trial attorneys and will be eligible to participate in firm sponsored CLEs. Flexible hybrid schedule with a mix of in-person and virtual court appearances. JD and MO bar admission are required; KS admission is a huge plus. This is a full-time, hourly, W-2 position with an estimated term of six months while a firm attorney is on parental leave. EOE
