DESCRIPTION:
PROJECT MANAGER
ON SITE!
Opportunity to work for a well established company that has been in business for the past 30 years!

Be part of a team of 10 Project Managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Average 20 to 50 Project jobs at any given time.
Work directly with the following teams through the process:
Sales, Estimating, Engineering, Billing and the Client both by verbal and email.

• Manage the logistics of fulfilling materials sold to Construction General Contractors.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner so that material arrives to the construction site on time.
• Solve problems related to the successful installation of the materials.
• Backlog accuracy
• Change order 
• Coordinate lead times of buy-out materials for "on time" delivery to customer
• Order entry for all products
• Order tracking for all products
• Write delivery tickets
• Purchasing of "Specialty" items
• Pricing of "Extras" to contracts
• Develop/maintain Service Fulfillment forms

SKILLS:
2 + Years in the Construction industry
College degree or equivalent combination of construction industry experience
