Selling cycle is Prospecting, presentation, overcoming objections and closing sales.
Sales representatives need to be hunter types (cold calling and networking) and very motivated. They will be paid 40k base plus commission (if goals reached) year 1 commision-30-40k, 2-40-80k, plus. You will get 15% on all products and services sold and residuals and up sells.
