DESCRIPTION:
Senior Project Manager is the chief contract administrator of engineering projects. This position is responsible for marketing assistance, project planning and execution, QAQC, and the responsible engineer in charge of projects. Project managers serve as the primary client contact throughout the project assignments. The successful PM will be responsible for maintaining contract margins, quality control, quality assurance, and project performance evaluation. As the Sr. Project Manager, this position is responsible for managing multiple projects and training staff as required to meet department and company goals. The Sr. Project Manager will assist marketing staff with presentations and interviews for future work and will lead the department by establishing goals, objectives, and timelines that accounts for and considers continuous improvement throughout the department. The Sr PM will lead a team of design, engineers and CAD technicians.
We would like someone who has successfully demonstrated their ability to lead, manage, coach, and mentor staff at all levels. This person should have a minimum of 5 years engineering management experience.
