Highly-regarded law firm with well-established client base and robust flow of interesting transactions. Collegial environment, competitive compensation, and no book of business required.
Targeting candidates with 3-5-7+ years of relevant experience. Exemplary tax/legal analysis and writing skills are a must. Distinguished academic credentials are expected. Tax LLM and/or CPA would be preferred. JD and bar admission are required. EOE
